1. We had to climb a very steep hill just to see this thing close up. Probably the higest point of the entire Aran Islands.
2. A picture after we reached the top of the hill, showing the city below and the Atlantic Ocean in the background.
3. A picture of me at the top of this very windy stone structure. The wind must have been about 60 mph coming straight at me when Nick took the picture. About a story high or so, there were a couple moments where the wind almost knocked me off the structure entirely, so we weren't up on that very long.
4. Next to the city, we noticed this stone looking phone booth with a half depleted church in the background. The funny thing about this area is that there were actually a couple graves, then a huge bull, and a few cows, in the grassy area located behind the stone. If I can get Nick's pictures, you will better see what I am talking about.

5. A beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean from the ground, not quite as high up as picture 2.
6. Some of the local scenery captured here, notice how endless the hills can stone fences seem.
7. I don't know where all this stone came from, but it seems like it goes on forever.
8. A beautiful church a little off the coast. I don't know what religious services it practiced because a board outside the church had all of its writings in Gaelic, a language abundant in these parts of Ireland.
